Alexander P. Vucelic

CFO

Mr. Vucelic was instrumental in the acquisition, funding and sale of a number of middle market companies, including Electric Machinery and Lagerwey Wind Turbines. Previous management positions included P&L responsibility in excess of $100 mm. While COO of Electric Machinery they manufactured the largest high temperature super conducting motor ever manufactured. This 36.5 MW motor tested successfully at the Philadelphia Naval Yard in March of 2007. As CFO of Carbozyme, Alexander will coordinate financial budget management, control functions and investor relations.

Alexander holds a B.S.F.S. in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, a M.Arch from UCLA, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is a California registered Architect (CA 23928).
